What's included
Dive on MIR submersible for scientific expedition tour of the RMS Titanic wreck; accommodations aboard the support ship; one night accommodations in St. John's; orientation meeting; three meals daily (starting with breakfast on Day 2 and ending with breakfast onboard the support ship on disembarkation day); activities within the program: lectures, briefings, slide/film shows; baggage handling, amenities/gifts, personal video memento.
What's not included
Air transportation to/from port of embarkation/ disembarkation transfers to/from airport; airport arrival and departure taxes; excess baggage charges; personal items such as laundry, bar charges, gratuities to service staff, telephone/fax/cable charges, travel insurance; passport & visa fees; pre or post-voyage arrangements.
How to Book
To ensure your place on these exciting adventures, please contact us to reserve a place, then complete the Booking Form and return to us with your non-refundable deposit. Reservations are established when you receive written confirmation and acceptance of the deposit and Booking Form.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and Adventure Associates will be pleased to forward a selection of insurance proposal forms.
Cancellations
Written instructions only will be accepted by Adventure Associates to cancel a reservation. Cancellation charges are subject to regulations of airlines, coach and tour operators, hotels and other principals involved. If it is necessary to cancel your arrangements, the following non-refundable charges will apply.
| If a participant cancels after the initial deposit and before 31 October 2011 | A non-refundable booking fee of $2500 will be retained. |

| If a participant cancels after October 31st and before 120 days prior to their expedition | 50% of the monies due as of that date shall be refunded. If the second payment has not been paid by the due date then any cancellation after the second payment due date will result in full forfeiture of the deposit amount paid. |
| If a participant cancels within 120 days of the expedition | No refunds are due. |
All cancellation charges will be strictly applied. If the cancellation charge is more than your advance payment you remain liable for the difference. For these and other reasons mentioned above you are strongly recommended to take out travel insurance. Once the Land Tour has departed there will be no refund for any unused portions of the trip.
